Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 by IHG

My stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8 was truly wonderful. The hotel reflects its high standards and quality under the excellent leadership of Mr. Mahipal Singh, whose dedication and professionalism make the property shine with pride. The hospitality extended by the staff was exceptional, especially by Miss Nandini and Miss Mohini, who made the experience even more memorable. Miss Nandini prepared parathas that were absolutely outstanding. The love, care, and attention she put into the preparation of juices and food were heartfelt and extraordinary. The special attention and warmth shown by the entire staff especially Chef Yaspal ji towards guests leave one genuinely overwhelmed, just as I felt during my stay. Their thoughtful gestures and genuine hospitality create an experience that feels personal and comforting. I will surely return again to enjoy this warmth, pampering, and exceptional hospitality.

Good facility, rooms, food. Staff is fabulous. Shef Yashpal & Kaushal helped for good food.

Had a pleasant stay, went for some work. Front desk was helpful, quick & professional. Special Kudos to Kiran. I left my ID there, she made sure, it was returned to me safely.

The room is very neat tidy and clean. Even the washroom and all are all excellent over my expectations. Importantly I really love the service from Dharmapal which he handle everything with smooth and clean. Must visit Holiday Inn again.

Nothing good about the property.

Rude untrained staff. They lost my id card at check in. Never gave it back. When I asked for it they said they are trying to find it. Never called me back to inform if they even found it. I am an IHG member and must say this was a horrible stay. At night our room was infested with mosquitoes. We got bitten in our deep sleep and those mosquitoes were ringing in our ear. When we complained in the morning they were apologetic and said we should have called house keeping.. ya in our deep sleep at 4 am we must remember to call housekeeping. The breakfast was overcrowded with hundreds of men attending some conference. Unruly crowd : pushed their way through everything. No etiquette or concern for other guests. Staff just kept watching .. didn’t do anything to make the other guest comfortable
