The room was very homey and the staff were very friendly!

The door to our room was coming off its hinges and it was very difficult too open and close, as well as some of the drawers were broken.

Great position to train station and easy walking distance to chapel st Shared bathroom was clean and pleasant to use

The door wouldn’t shut unless it was lifted up and slammed shut. No aircon or ceiling fan only a pedestal fan which because the room was so big didn’t cool room. No fly screens on windows but we had to leave them open due to the heat. Attacked by mosquitos.

No mirror in room and no milk (powered or long life) for tea and coffee in room. Didn’t realise there was no TV in room. Once patrons left hotel it was very quiet. It was great as there was a shared kitchen with washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board.

The add includes photo of bathroom. This is actually down the hall not attached to the room. No air con. No TV. Entrance hall smells of mould. No lock on window. No fly screen.
