Great price for a place to relax watch tv and sleep

Terrible customer service, the person who works at night who is said to be the owner with terrible superior English, and is a very rude person. When I arrived to check in, the guy didn't even look at my face quickly, he told me that the The rooms are more expensive and the computer was not working. When I asked him if I go to another computer, he rudely answered, maybe there is another computer here, and I told him, well, I don't know, I don't. I work here, there may be one in the back, well, no, there isn't, and I asked him how long it will take. When the computer worked, he told me, well, I don't know how you want me to know, I am the owner and I can do whatever I want. The person, as an employee, cannot be working in a hotel, especially late at night, when people have been driving for hours and hours and you just want to rest, as Hotel.com may have on their list, They should sanction him or eliminate him. It's not fair to any person who is traveling across the country already driving for hours and after having spent 50 or $100 or whatever Hotel.com only gives you $25 of what you spent, without even having stayed in the room or being able to check in. Please avoid this Hotel.

Very bare bones but comfortable.

The staff was friendly

We came in and the floors were not swept, and there was hair and dust bunnies laying on the bedframe. My one year old found a random, opened, toothpick and broken rubber bands that had been under the entertainment center so that was yucky but I understand, things happen how would the staff know to look under there for a mess?

All there was in the room was furniture. No coffee maker, microwave or mini fridge.

Simple accommodations. Good price. No major issues.

When I arrived I was informed the hotel had no available rooms. I had to go find another hotel. Staff was unhelpful.

This was just a Yōkō room for the night no thrills for like $42. It was adequate I came in at 7:30 and left at 8 o’clock. Room filled my needs perfectly and it was a decent price for sure.

Didn’t get to stay.. property is closed down. Don’t book.
