It was close to everything and the place was very clean and quiet.

The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. All areas of the hotel were clean. The room size was a good as was the accessible bathroom.

The Placery was not a restaurant nor was it a partial kitchen, which was how it was described by a staff member. Microwaving supermarket take-away meals from a selection in a chiller cabinet is a fast food eatery not a restaurant. Latte being unavailable at breakfast was not acceptable. Nor was the excuse that the machine could not be cleaned in time. The breakfast selection was alright, but the croissants were not fresh on each day! There was no milk available in the room for tea / coffee making.
