Gar nichts

Sah nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Nicht mal Wasser war im Kühlschrank. Kein Service um uns und Koffer nach oben zu begleiten Frühstück auch nicht inkludiert

"Für ein paar Stunden Schlaf vertretbar - ausreichend"

Die Lage und der Parkettboden haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett, höflich und auch äußerst hilfsbereit. Herr Eray hat mich gegen 5 Uhr früh empfangen und den Check-in reibungslos durchgeführt. Frau Nebahat war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich und half mir beim Check-out, sodass ich es mit meinem Kater leichter hatte. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind.

Hygiene und Sauberkeit hätte ich bei einer 4-Sterne-Qualität mehr erwartet. Ich habe Schimmel in der Dusche gefunden, und die Toilette war nicht vollständig gereinigt. Es wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt, außerdem wurden Haare im Zimmer gefunden. Der Hotelbesitzer sollte mehr auf beschädigte Bettwäsche achten und diese entsprechend erneuern. Das hinterlässt ein schlechtes Image für das Hotel. Sonst alles okay.
