Location and comfort also having a bathroom per bedroom

Front downstairs bedroom was a bit noisy with the passing traffic. Also needed blackout curtains. Fan in shower dusty.

Property and facilities were very good, everything you needed and more, and in good condition. Location was super. Owners and staff had even set up Christmas decorations which was unexpected. The weather had harsh wind chill out side, but nice and cosy inside. Views from many windows were exceptional. Plenty of indoor entertainment items provided. Little things like dishwasher tabs provided. Lots of pleasant pubs, restaurants nearby. Good spots for long or short walks quite close.

Some small areas were not properly clean, e.g. Dust - wardrobe runners, unused shelves in wardrobe, behind bed. This is not a big problem but important for people with allergies. I think we paid Summer prices for Christmas which is expensive in Winter, but no doubt competitive for what you get.

Location was excellent , lovelly spot, with good views over the harbour, and close to all facilities. Lounge was very comfy , handy having a parking permit, but was very lucky to get a spot, thoroughly enjoyed the holiday . the cottage itself was comfortable but very dusty in places.

The attic room was very hot and stuffy and really could do with some type of air con in there we couldn't use it was just to hot and quite dusty. the attuc shower room had mould in it and also the shower room downstairs had mould and bought on my daughters asma so she had to use the bathroom shower it really needs some sort of ventilation in there as the fan did not clear the damp very well. The bedroom windows could not be left open incase anybody tried to get in it's a shame they didn't open at the top instead of the bottom so you could let air in at night, the owners really need to do something about this and tha attic room. Also there was no hair dryers, this is the first place I have ever stayed in where there hasn't been one . Apart from this we did enjoy the stay there.

Good view over the harbour short walk to town and beach.

Didn't get off to a good start i went in a 17.00 and it was still in the state the last guest left it not been cleaned or tidied up was told it would be 30mins before cleaners got there then 2hr 30mins to clean the place not happy I got in at 19.50 so that's one day lost be aware it's a popular busy harbour with some sort of business down the side of property with vans coming and going so if you're a light sleeper not the best place for you. And pub i think it's called old rooms gives you free attuned with every order when busy.

Location was perfect. Good room options and sitting room.

Bumped my head a few times in the loft room on the beams. Didn't use the shower room in the loft as we are tall and it was a bit too small for comfort.

Local to all the facilities, great view of harbour
