Wir konnten auf booking.com diese Unterkunft für eine Nacht buchen. Das Sporthotel Schönblick hat sich bei uns per e-mail gemeldet, dass das Haus nicht für eine Nacht vermietet, obwohl die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Ich bestand anfangs auf die Reservierung, vom Hotel habe ich wortwörtlich diese Antwort bekommen: "Sie können am 24.05.2025 mit 9 Pax ! anreisen, jedoch haben wir dann keine Zimmer für Ihre Gruppe". Von booking.com wurde uns in Konstanz eine Ersatzunterkunft angeboten. Wir haben in Hagnau ein Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal gefunden und werden dies auch weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel Zimmer wäre sehr schön wenn es sauber gewesen wäre. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber mit mehreren toten Fliegen, staub und bei warmem Wasser kam anfangs gelbes Wasser aus der Leitung.
