Convenient location to the port

Dirty- first room was dirty, AC didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Asked for another room which they did provide. The second room had a working toilet and working AC, however, still wasn’t as clean as I would like. I also heard the front desk staff be very rude and unaccommodating to a man asking to extend his stay by one hour.

"One room was filthy. I detailed this in the 1st survey, but got no response."

The breakfast was okay. The location was great.

I already stated that they did not have the rooms on the same floor. They offered to move the 2nd room to the same floor but it would be a less expensive room. However, there would be no refund, only a future credit. That wasn't a satisfactory solution.

"I’ll probably return next year and this will be my place to stay."

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean.

Imwould have liked a comfortable chair to sit on. The only chair was the desk chair and not too comfortable.
