Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, Fl

The problem with our reservation was corrected quickly.

He room was spacious

The air coditiner did not work. It was hot tat w cold not sleep. The water in the shower was brown. And at check in was very slow and when we finally made it to the counter the guy mubbled and spoke everything so fast we couldn't understand him.

Nice lobby area , plenty of seating , nice swimming pool, comfortable large room.

There was nothing i did not like

All of the staff were extremely helpful and exceptionally friendly. Very attentive to all my questions and concerns and needs. Very accommodating and friendly.

There is not one single thing that I can say that could be negative about my experience. The only suggestion I have would the sign-up time for the shuttle service to the cruise port. Maybe they should consider those late flights that people arrive after shuttle sign up ends to the cruise port. However. I have no complaints because my uber was cheaper than the shuttle service fee.

We were staying just one night to get on a cruise, and the location was very close and convenient.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

loved the pool area, can order food, has a little bar, some of it's covered, which worked out well since it rained. Breakfast was short of things. we went around 8:45 and things were gone. I had to have cereal.
