Vorne 24 h extremer Verkehr (schlafen mit offenem Fenster trotz Ohrstöpsel unmöglich), hinten Obdachlosen-Schlafstelle mit teils aggressiven, angetrunkenen Obdachlosen.

Sehr ansprechendes Ambiente, bequeme Betten,sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück…tolles großes Badezimmer

Zu wenige Kleiderhaken am Ständer- kein Kasten, wenige Ablegemöglichkeiten, zu wenige Haken im übergroßen Bad

Bardame ist ein wenig unflexibel.

The hotel is located very near from the main railway and bus station. If you don't have much luggage, you can actually walk down the straight road. It is also near from the city centre. Lots of cafes, restaurants in distance of 10 minutes walk The check-in and check-out process was smooth. All the staff is very friendly. Property is nice and clean. The rooms were spacious. The twin beds were sufficiently wide. Room had lots of storage racks, hooks, cupboards. Bathroom was also clear and spacious with 3 clear zones for WC, basin and shower. Hair dryer came in handy. Mattresses were not too firm and not too soft.

I would have loved to have an electric kettle in my room. Also, there can be a clear information in the room if the tap water is drinkable. The bathroom did have a note which said toiletries if required are available at the reception. But sadly they were not. Overall, the prices for hotels in Klagenfurt seemed to be higher in this period. So, while the hotel charged similar to other hotels in this category, I found the prices higher than my expectations. (I stayed in similar property in Frankfurt in half the price at the beginning of my visit).
