Perfect location directly at the beautifull and very clean agonda beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available. Quite place with great guys at the restaurant.

Rooms face the internal square which allows full view into the room when the curtains are not closed. Rooms have a great size but could be furnished in a more cozy style.

- proximity to the sea - onsite restaurant and staff were good

- nowhere to put and dry wet clothes ( a drying rack would be a welcome addition on the balconies) - stray dogs (but they’re everywhere in Goa) - room looked tired (maybe beacuse of cheap finishings)
