A localização com fácil acesso ao centro/ lagoa Paulino e comércio. Cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho bem limpas e quarto com um bom espaço. Servem um bom café da manhã.

Do odor de quarto fechado, o que atrapalha no caso de rinite. Dá pra perceber a falta de uma limpeza mais detalhada como nos vidros das janelas, bancadas e rodapés.

A moça da recepção e do café muito simpáticas

Quarto com puxador da gaveta solto, saboneteira solta em cima da pia, saboneteira do box muito mal fixada estando a bucha e parafuso de fixação expostos, teto do banheiro com mofo e buracos próximo ao sanitário, quarto com traças e teias de aranhas próximo a luminária da cama. O quarto nessas condições não deveria ter sido liberado para uso
