"4 days in Aveiro"

One lady at reception was helpful. The rest never even looked up unless addressed.

The breakfast was ok at best. A limited buffet along with a few choices of pre-cooked food left in heated trays. I asked if there was any breakfast tea and was told that it had run out. It still was'nt available 4 days later. Again, the staff seemed fairly disinterested.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Aveiro. Hilfreiche Mitarbeiter:innen an der Rezeption.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein. Der Platz vor dem Hotel zum Ausladen von Gepäck ist sehr begrenzt.

Handy location for river/canal excursions, the shops and loads of cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with suggestions of things to do. The lounge area near the breakfast room on the first floor is a really lovely space. Everything was spotless.

Personnel très sympa, bel hôtel mais où on commence à voir certains défauts, et puis pas de chance : panne d'ascenseur pendant une après-midi, notre chambre au 3 ème étage et j'ai des difficultés pour monter et descendre les escaliers. Malgré la grande gentillesse du personnel ce fût un moment difficile. Chambre petite mais très bon confort, lit super, propreté très bien.
