Hotel Kashlan Palenque

good AC, good location (close to colectivo for the ruins, several restaurants and shops), friendly staff

WiFi cuts out constantly (but is great when it does work), room is a little run down

I like the clean smell of bed sheets and location. Although I arrived at 6 a.m., they allowed me to check in early and be ready for my tour at 8 am.

Good budget option. Close to the ADO station.

I loved the hospitality and the helpfulness of the management! They even provided me with laundry service! (Outsourced) They have a very nice pizza in the hotel that smells and is delicious!! All connections of "collectivos" literally just outside the hotel! The ADO bus station is 6min walk and the centre of Palenque 5' away from the hotel! Excellent location, great value for money! Excellent beds!

Takes a bit longer than usual for the hot water to reach the shower/tap but don't worry it's available at all times!

Super comfy bed, quiet, very clean room.

No kitchen, water, or coffee in the morning.

Location. Friendly lady at the reception who spoke good English.

Price. I booked a room with a window. However, they try to give me a room which had only a hole to the corridor. I had to pay 12 euros more in order to get a room with a proper window.

Air conditioner, wifi, comfy beds

No facilities for coffee or tea making. Lighting is just a light bulb, room not cozy at all and hotel is a bit run down. Room window was to the street which is a bit loud at night
