SpringHill Suites by Marriott Albuquerque University Area

Liked the spacious room and layout. Beds are always comfortable at Springhill Suites. Like the large bathroom with large walk-in shower as opposed to a tub. Breakfast is always good.

Arrived rather late and there was no luggage rolling cart to be found. It was quite a ways from the parking garage to ground level elevator to get to 2nd floor check in and then on to your room. Employee searched every level and found none. Employee was kind enough to go back with us to the lower level garage to our car to assist us with our luggage as I had knee replacement surgery a short time ago. Upon getting settled in our room, the TV did not respond as it should and we moved to another room where the TV worked fine.Was not informed about extra $12 a day for parking in their garage. Found out on the bill. The towels provided at this particular Springhill Suites were terrible! They were extremely thin and could barely absorb the water on your body. We always choose to stay at a Springhill Suites on our travels, however we're not impressed with this one for these reasons.

Didn’t like having to pay for parking. Have stayed at this property several times before and never had to pay.

Buona posizione e parcheggio a disposizione con costo supplementare. Credo che l'hotel sia più adatto a clientela business che a normali turisti.

Personale freddo e poco disponibile, colazione affollata (a volte si deve aspettare per trovare un tavolo libero) e non ricca, soprattutto se si arriva nell'ultima mezzora.

It was close to where I was going and easy to get into and out of the parking lot.

Had a procedure done at the hospital across the street. It would have been nice to be able to leave my car in the parking garage instead of having to find another parking spot in the hospital parking area.
