The bed was comfortable

They only provided guests one key, no room service, no pool or hot tub, and the bathroom provides no privacy

Too noisy so close to the freeway and people walking around the streets all night long.

It needs a pool

Comfortable stay, very clean!

Hotel was clean and is newer. Locarion is directly across the street from a hospital with ambulance and lots of construction in the area. Room was good size, bed was very firm, and shower was on the small side. The breakfast was sub-par. Minimal options and none of them very appealing. We ended up eating breakfast at other places.

We didn't get to stay at the Springhill Suites location due to a rolling power outage at their hotel. However, the staff arranged for us to stay at the TownePlace Suites Albuquerque North location instead. The transition was seamless, and the Townplace Suites hotel was excellent.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable bed

Too much noise - got put in a corner with several other guests - a/c didn’t work correctly - just highly disappointed for what I paid and expected quiet after a long day of travel.

It was very convenient to the Presbyterian Hospital. Beyond that...not much.
