"It is clean and convenient."

We have stayed here before and it's under new ownership. The facilities have not changed.

Our pull out sofa bed only had a mattress sheet that was dirty and no blanket or pillow. Our fire alarm in the room looked smashed in. Our bathroom also had no fan so plan on bringing a candle or some spray.

I couldn't get a paper receipt from the hotel because I booked with you.. And then when I went to booking.com for my receipt I couldn't find out how to get a paper receipt from you.. Getting a receipt should be easier. For that reason I won't be using booking.com anymore.
