"Has potential to be far better than my usual Marriott stays."

Eggs were cooked all the way at breakfast. Loved the hard floor vs carpet, organization and space in bathroom, fridge in room, lighting, lack of curtains, and excellent climate control. Loved the 24 hour coffee and great attention from staff.

Overbilled by $25 by clerk on way out, vs booking email. King mattress needed replacing on door side, lumpy and without support. Shower water pressure so low it took me 20 min to wash my long hair.

Close to family

Room serviced once in our 5 night stay. Had to call repeatedly for towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. Manager not present and never contacted me after my complaints.
