"Location and room were great, price was reasonable, customer service left a lot to be desired."

The room was comfortable and clean. Location was easily accessible.

I tried to call the hotel for over an hour and a half to let them know we would be arriving late. The number on my email was for “new reservations only”, with the option for existing reservations answered by a robot. The customer service number robot wanted my confirmation number (we were driving at night, couldn’t find it). When I got a number for the hotel itself, the phone line was busy for an hour.

Loved the space and how clean and new it was.

The breakfast was a little lacking. Like bacon crumbles?? Lol what am I supposed to do with that? And where's the golden malt waffle maker?? That's literally our favorite thing! But overall it was nice.
