We booked a Family suite which was two in connecting rooms but we couldnt shut the door in between as it automatically locked and we didn't have a key to reopen it No fresh towels provided over the 3 day stay

Big room

No front desk reception When i called the overseas help desk, she have no idea where things are We were allocated in a disabled room which was fine, but no extra towel to soak the water coming out of the shower room. No daily service to top up towels.

"Aircon didn’t funxtion"

Glazed windows to reduce traffic noise.

No air conditioner as advertised as it was stuck on heat. You couldn’t run a fam to stop the room being stuffy or to cool the air.

It was close to what we needed

It was smelly, dirty, uncomfortable. No air flow, aircon broken, musty stale smell, dirty blankets and bedding. I’d like a part refund
