Location suited my purposes. I have stayed here previously

However, this time the front door access keypad was not working. Another visitor had to ring to gain access. I replied to welcome text that there was a problem. It took nearly 7 hrs for a response. As no staff were onsite I queried if the number to call was manned 24 x 7. Took 3 texts to get a "yes". That's a concern for future bookings Toilet under rim looked like it had not been cleaned in some time
