Les lits sont tellement confortables. J'ai vraiment bien dormi. J'ai aimé le fait que la personne a la réception parle français. Elle était gentille, polie et elle nous a bien donné toutes les explications. La salle de bain est assez spacieuse pour pouvoir circuler (si je compare aux hôtels où je suis allée dernierement). La chambre était fraîche (pas humide dutout). Très silencieux, nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit. Et les lits... wow! Je ne voulais même pas me lever.

J'ai moins aimé le déjeuner, mais comme il y avait des bagels et du fromage a la crème, j'ai quand meme trouvé mon compte pour pouvoir déjeuner.

Comfy beds, clean, no weird smells. Friendly, accommodating staff.

Rooms were small. The scrambled eggs breakfast was really gross not gonna lie.

Checked in late as we are tired. Driving from Nova Scotia back to Alberta and stopped in to shower and get a good sleep. My daughter was in the middle of a shower and the power went out! I am PETRIFIED of the dark and require a night light. Our room keys don’t work in the door because of the power outage. This is scary. Lady at the front doesn’t know what’s going on and can’t provide any answers or solutions. So, we are making shadow puppets on the ceiling.

From start to finish - checked out a day early - everything was great! Walked in and was served right away. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins, yogurts, and hot coffee. Had to check out a day early, and was refunded for the extra day I had prepaid. Forgot my allergy pillow when I checked out and they contacted me right away and held it for me. Excellent customer service! Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone travelling to Hearst.

The inn is closed to the main street and the room is very clean.

Very happy with our stay here. It was quiet, clean and we felt safe. Staff were quick checking in and out. Modern building and rooms. Breakfast runs till 9am which is a bonus. Will definitely be returning!
