Crystal Shores Condominiums by ALBVR

Corner condo with wrap around balcony was very nice. View of gulf and location on beach was perfect. Property was quiet and access to covered parking in small parking lot deck was a plus with the August heat. Condo had several kitchen appliances and plenty of cookware if you chose to prepare meals there. Condo location was in close and easily accessible proximity to everything we chose to do in Gulf Shores and Foley. Drive to and from Pensacola Intl Airport was easy to make. Made for a very relaxing vacation.

The lockbox containing entry key was a bit difficult to open, but that was anticipated based on previous reviews. Directions for Fob use to enter beach, pool, etc. were a little vague in emails. Might have been easier if the more detailed directions for Fob use were placed with Fobs on counter instead of away from Fobs hanging on fridge. Batteries in ALL tv remotes were either dead or low. Had to purchase batteries in order to watch tv. Dining table did not appear to be clean as prints and smears from previous users were clearly visible. Condo had only drinking glasses that were glass and not plastic. Was a bit nervous to use the glassware with condensation on outside of glass and tile floors throughout condo. Didn’t want glass to accidentally slip from hand and break. Questioned whether extra blankets had been laundered as they had a very strong perfume odor that didn’t seem to be the scent of laundry soap or fabric softener. Overall our complaints are minor and few and we had a great time staying here. Would consider staying again in future.

The views were absolutely amazing! Love this corner unit! We had an unobstructed oceanfront view, and from the front door and windows, we had a view of the water across the street. Loved the access to the balcony from the bedroom. Loved the flooring that was used throughout the unit. We would definitely rent this unit again, 😊

The bed was too firm for me. The local channels were not available in the living room, and we were not able to access our Netflix account in the living room. This has nothing to do with unit 1301, but one day during our stay, someone was smoking in another unit (not sure which one), but I had to leave the balcony because it was very unpleasant to sit out there because of all of the cigarette smoke.

It not being the 13th floor!!! 😂. But after a week, I was adapting.

The entire trip was amazing! We will definitely return to this exact property!
