Yvonne war seeehr freundlich und gab gute Tipps für Restaurants und den Ort. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Grosses Zimmer.

Bad nicht im Zimmer, quer über den Flur, aber nur für uns, für 1 Nacht aber ok. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Zu Fuss schon sehr weit von Zentrum von Sesimbra entfernt.

The location was clean and quiet. The host was wonderful - very fun and friendly. She sent me links to local attractions and restaurants.

It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, which during the day was nice, but at night was dark and uphill. I didn't feel unsafe, but maybe a scooter rental would have been wise on my part.

Yvonne was a wonderful host!

Sesimbra is a lovely little seaside village. This place is located about 15 minutes to the seaside.

Bear in mind the village is quite hilly. The hotel location is up the hill. Be prepared to climb up and down ;)

The staff was not prepared for us to arrive( probably the owner forgot to inform the girl working there) . The ad on booking says that you pay before arrival ( that’s why we registered a card to book) when arriving they gave us a paper where the same amount should be paid in cash, not possible by card anymore. Room was not ready even that late in the evening. Alarm went off in the middle of the night, we didn’t sleep. Bed uncomfortable. Pretty sure we would have a better sleep in our rental car ☺️

Too many confusing messages (not from Yvonne) but not the useful ones: For example, 3 messages to remind me to pay cash when I arrive, but none to inform me that they changed my room. When I arrived, the key box was empty because, although I filled the form and gave my whatsapp number, Yvonne didn't get my number and couldn't inform me that my key box was a different one.
