Lovely, thoughtfully decorated and spotlessly clean room. Host was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. Good choice of hot and cold foods - I ended up going with an omelette which was one of the best ones I've ever had. Many thanks - will definitely be staying again if in the area!

Parking, comprehensive & thoughtful provision of what a guest would need, cleanliness, superb breakfast.

Take an eye mask. We were kept awake by the number of lights that were on during the night and couldn’t be turned off. The worst was the TV which - inexplicably - had an intermittent one changing in intensity every so many minutes!

Breakfast was amazing very consistent And plenty of choice. Guest house very clean and host very friendly

Maybe a fan in the room as gets warm on a night and couldn't have the windows open due to ground floor and noise from passing motorbikes/cars
