In good location nice big room!

The glass doors to bathroom. At night when you put light in those who are sleeping will wake up! Tv was not cleaned properly!

Good value and nice rooms

Breakfast went really fast and items weren't getting refilled for guests.

Location

The rug in our room was tore up probably from a dog. The rugs in the hall way were ragged and seemed dismayed. No body cream or water offered

The room was great and thankful for a walk in shower. The sitting area in the room was a great addition. We had plenty of room for mom to navigate the room with her walker. We were there on Christmas morning and breakfast was good, lots of choices for a holiday. The frontdesk staff on all shifts were so friendly and helpful.

The carpet (I don't like carpet in general because of allergies)

The facade is nice and the facilities look new, but it seems the condominium is not functioning properly.

The rooms were dirty, there was a terrible smell of urine, and ugly stains on the carpets. The sofa bed was stained; we had to put a sheet over it to be able to use it. The reception staff were just doing their job, each one focused on getting their daily pay, but they showed no interest in the guests. There was no bread in the dining room, and we went down early. In short, I wouldn't stay in that place again.

Spacious, well laid-out room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Very nice staff.
