La camera spaziosa, l’ottima colazione, il personale gentile e disponibile. La posizione vicino al centro e alla metro.

La pulizia in generale può essere migliorata come me all’entrata i divani sono sporchi pieni di macchie. L’ascensore ha bisogna di una pulizia dei vetri, e’ molto sporco.

O quarto era muito bonito e confortável. TV grande com Streaming.

Eles deveriam ter limpado a cada 2 dias, pelo menos. Fiquei 6 dias , limparam no primeiro dia e no penúltimo.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really nice - fresh fruits, eggs with cheese and meat, toast. Everything was very clean. The pool was nice to have - it’s small and cold, but great on a hot day.

The location wasn’t amazing but it was fine. Check out Tacos Tijuana nearby.

"Great room, decent breakfast, central location"

It's probably the best looking hostel room I ever had. Almost NYC loft style room with those brickstone walls. Great space, spacious bathroom with a good shower. Refrigator and small desk. Very comfy bed. Breakfast is basic but decent.

For the first days I had huge problems with the Wifi. Basically not a help at all and mobile connection also difficult, maybe because of the thick walls. Somehow it got significantly better during the last two days though. It's a 15-20min walk away from Plaza de Armas. Neighborhood is not the most beautiful and basically all Chileans really considered it not a secure neighborhood (most likely nothing will happen though if you keep using your common sense).
