The room looked freshly renovated and nice. Especially on the photos before booking.

Loud traffic all night long. A night club right next to the hotel blasted loud music till 3am on a Monday night! Impossible to sleep.

I do not recommend this place if you need sleep , it was horrible the noise did not stop till nearly 5 am I paid for a full wk in advance and the first nite I stayed there I was gone next day looking for a refund they would not give it , terribly unfair , I left even though I was nearly broke , no hot water

We arrived in Cali at noon on a sunday. There was a guy on the counter I’m pretty sure he’s American I heard on his accent ( American English) , he is the one helping us. The room we reserved is twin bed and he said the cleaning woman has day off on sunday and the room is not cleaned, he want to put us to another room which was smaller with one bed, but I refused we pay for a twin room He took us on the last level (4th) floor through a narrow staircase with our luggage ( no elevator). He showed us the room that is not clean, so he clean the room while we’re waiting downstairs. After 30 minutes he call us that the room is ready, my gosh luckily we’re there for one night only. Is a very spacious room with two big bed, the room is facing to the street. We had a small balcony. I can see that the room is not properly clean, what can I do if there is no other room available for the price we pay, so we just take the room that hardly clean ( very disappointing) The airconditioning is not working it blows warm air. Be aware of room 401 this room is facing on street and the aircon is broken. This is quite a huge room can occupied 4 people. Free wifi in room, enough cupboards and a relax chair. The bathroom is normally nice but is not cleaned and no hot water At night the loud music accross the street is so annoying, it stops only at 3 am. The price of our room is 119.000 peso, the room is really worth the price and the hotel location but the noise is horrible
