Rude staff, overpriced, keys didn’t work on day 2, I called ahead to say we would be arriving around 3am and then couldn’t even check in because he was “running the audit” and he was very rude about it

Nice hotel. Comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly.

A bit pricey.

Kamers goed.

The room smelt musty anyone with asthma would not be able to resist smell and the bed had dry blood spots and sheets felt damp, the couch was very worn looked dirty and the decorative pillow also seemed damp. Also the location isn’t near much, if you don’t have a car there isn’t much you can do. The room we were switched too was a little better on smell but still wasn’t great. The shower door did not close fully and the floor had dust balls. I was too tired to complain again and we were just there for some hours after arriving from cruise and having to leave at 2:30am. Just settled

Huge gap under the door Light shining through makes the room bright at night and difficult to fall asleep queen size pillows on a king bed sloppy. Bathroom left some concrete patches on the wall in Renovation so it’s a bit unsightly. Staff are also a bit sloppy

muy amplia la habitacion, un poco sucio el sillon pero en general todo bien, no dejan agua en la habitacion, pedimos en recepción y a pesar que tenian bolsas con botellas de agua no nos dieron y nos canalizaron a los bebederos

The hotel and the room were clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we loved the coffee and cookies available throughout the day in the lobby. The location worked perfectly for us, and the parking was convenient as well.

We arrived at 6:00 PM, but our room was not yet ready. We waited an hour before we could check in, and it felt like the front desk staff made no real effort to speed things up. She also didn’t inform us when the room was ready—we only found out because we went to ask, even though she had seen us waiting in the lobby the entire time. The hotel did get back to me after I contacted them, but it didn’t feel like they considered this situation unusual or problematic, even though receiving a room at 7:00 PM is quite late. This was disappointing.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and helped with area attractions and dining options.
