"Very Good"

The location is great, nice walk into town. Beds were comfortable. Layout of the house was also very nice.

The house is getting rather run down, repairs jobs have been done half assed. The house needs a real good spring clean right throughout, a good vaccum under the beds also. Dishes had been put away wet, water sitting in pots etc, some cups not even clean. The doors are hard to lock and unlock, they need looking at before they don't work at all. For the condition of the house the price is up there.

"A good base for the family get-together."

The house was clean and reasonably comfortable. It was very warm and had good kitchenware with most things you would need for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and there were spare blankets.

The house was lacking in rubbish bins inside the house including bathrooms etc. and there could have been better instructions on the outdoor bins. There was just enough towels for the two days and the toilet paper only just made it.
