"Swimming pool and sun in November"

All minimal tools you need for cooking and breakfast were there.

Toilet paper wasn't enough for the week and shower head was slightly broken and fixed in a way that shower wasn't so comfortable.

"Disappointingly dirty"

The villa was a nice size and the pool and patio area were nice. The staff responded promptly to a couple of problems with the door code and use of the door lock.

The front garden was full of cat faeces and smelled terrible. The bathroom had hair clippings all over the walls,.probably from a dirty cloth being used to clean. The area outside the front door was full of human hair and plastic detritus from the floors being swept and then the resulting mess just being swept out the door. There were no plugs for the kitchen sink or the bathroom basin so water had to be wasted to wash dishes etc. The Satellite TV was advertised as English, but only news channels in English were available.
