Desk staff are rude and condescending, this also includes staff on the travel info desk. Wifi is slow and virtually nonexistent.

I didn't like about 360degree restaurant at 9th and 11th floor it was a very small place where 5 to 6pupil can stand even when v asked for the restaurants at 9th floor they refused to come, they said you have to order downstairs restaurants and will be served in your room, This was the very regretfully incident 🤔

I loved my room. The balcony area and the small table was lovely to have. I also really appreciated the welcome fruit waiting in the room for me. I also really liked the infinity pool. The very top floor had an amazing view and a great place to watch the sunset. I also loved the art in the stairwell. I looked at every painting on the way down to the bottom floor.

No water in the hot tub. Breakfast was absolutely insane.
