Breakfast was good- staff very willing to serve even food not on menu or in buffet, like bacon! All the staff always cheerfully fulfilling my requests, including reception, maintenance, dining hall, bar, etc - polite and well-mannered. Friendly boss.

The Hotel is very clean and The rooms are nice and very big. The bathroom has a very good shower. The staff is very helpful and the view from the Rooftop is very nice over the lake. The Pool is a Little Bit smaller than it seems on the picures, But still nice and clean.

Great hotel location in Pokhara, with roof top pool and view of the lake. Sun loungers were an added bonus to relax and enjoy the view. The room was a great size with balcony and the staff were great.

Pool could have been cleaner.

Hotel Shaara is a high quality hotel in the middle of the Fewa area of Pokhara, which is the main tourist hub. The staff were the highlight of this property. They are Nepalese so of course they are kind and capable. Beautiful rooms, lovely rooftop, free luggage storage, amazing buffet breakfast.
