Hicksville Pines Chalets & Motel

My wife tried to check in but Staff member Sarah yelled at her. Very rude unprofessional staff, would have left but it was the last available room in Idyllwild. Total vibe killer.

My money was stolen.

What a perfect spot for a little get away. Especially if you’re in the mood to do nothing but enjoy the amenities and ambiance of the property-this is it.

Absolutely horrible! The manager was rude and confrontational the facility was unkempt and run down They completely negative experience on all levels

We are enjoying the uniqueness of the rooms and the beautiful property they sit on.

The staff was great. It is a mountain cabin at is base but each room is theme decorated.

I loved Hicksville it is such a cute place. A good spot to get away & relax. Its a short 5 min drive into the cute tiny little town. I loved my 1 day get away. I can not wait to go back.

Location was great- the actual property was under construction- & unsightly- Room cleanliness was not acceptable - Bed was falling apart Carpet saturated with unsightly stains Visible Cobb Webb’s and dust Windows filthy!

We stayed at the Dolly Parton room it was such a hoot!!!! Would like to come back to experience the other theme room's.

Loved this place after visiting for the first time. I will definitely be coming back again and again. This is now my favorite mountain spot in SoCal for sure! Staff was great... just show up with a cool vibe & thick skin and you’ll have a good time lol
