We were travelling from Wales to stay the night before an early flight the next morning,we broke down and had to get an uber from Gordano services to the hotel as our car was out of action we were told this by the AA engineer(who was also amazing)because we had been waiting for over 3 hors to be seen by the AA we didn't get to the hotel until 9pm and dinner was stopped at 9pm but the Chef offered to make us anything from the menu,the food and staff were amazing will definitely stay here again

Easy check in and out during early hours when heading for Bristol Airport. Takeaway breakfast in room was a very helpful touch

Fan of some sort continually running in corner of room all night. Disturbed nights sleep. A shame because all else was great
