"Very good"

The staff is super friendly and the location is decent, I was walking around most of the time, but the place is easy for taxies to find too and it is only 50pesos from the center of Cozumel.

Just the bathroom, the shower was very old and and difficult to use. Also there is no fridge in the rooms, not even a mini one... no kettle either, even though they have a kitchenet area.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. WiFi was excellent. I would definitely stay here again

The only thing I have to say is that the blinds needed some attention as several of them were broken so it made it difficult to open and use the balcony.

Firstly the staff, particularly Roberto, were amazingly friendly and helpful. the location is great and the room was nice.

the tv didn’t connect to wifi or the signal so was useless.
