Sehr stylisches Hotel. Schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Wir hatten ein kleineres Zimmer für uns hat der Platz gereicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Grandioser Wellnessbereich mit allem was dazu gehört. Der Transport mit dem Shuttlebus zum Skilift und retour funktioniert tadellos. Skidepot ist vorhanden. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Der Service beim Abendessen ist noch nicht perfekt - wir denken aber das wird sich noch bessern.

Sehr nettes Personal, toller Spa- Bereich!

Das Fondue in der ZENZIS Stube war nicht meins, es hatte Kümmel drin und dadurch war es vom Geschmack sehr komisch.

"Schönes Hotel in St. Anton mit Luft nach oben"

- Der Spa Bereich war echt super! Der Relax Bereich war unser persönlicher Favorite. 🤩 Es gab auch Obst (Trauben, Bananen etc.) und sogar Nüsse. - Im Flur auf dem zweiten Stock gab es eine Kaffee/Teebar, wo man sich bedienen konnte und es auch Wasser gab - Der Cocktails der Bar waren echt lecker 😋

- Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis von Speisen und Getränken passte so gar nicht. Wenn man dann noch mitbekommt, dass Fertigprodukte im verwendet werden (z. B. Sauce Hollandaise) ist das echt enttäuschend. Wir wollten eigentlich hier nicht mehr essen, aber da wir in der Nebensaison waren “mussten” wir hier. - Das Personal im Restaurant war gerade zur Frühstückszeit wirklich unterirdisch. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir “stören” würden. Als wir dort waren, wurden die Tische selten abgeräumt und gewischt. Daher haben wir unsere Teller am Nachbartisch ablegen müssen. Das kann man wirklich besser machen. - Unser Zimmer gehörte zur einfachsten Kategorie. Wer sportlich aktiv ist und z. B. Sachen ablegen will oder auch trocknen muss, hat es hier nicht einfach. Es fehlt an Ablageflächen, Haken etc.
