Upon arrival i was told my room was upgraded to the ocean view room and asked when I will checkout and they said would you like a late checkout of 11am I was extremely happy, thank you to all the staff and oaks for the special stay my partner and I experienced...

The staff were amazing, the room was very spacious and the view was pretty decent. Also had a room with a spa and that was amazing as well. We also got late checkout at 11am if you sign up to be a member which is free of charge. Highly recommend staying here

I always have a great stay at Oaks Gold Coast Highway. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The room was excellent and perfectly accommodated my needs, making my stay both relaxing and convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the overall experience offered great value for money. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning again.

The only downside to my stay was that there were not enough towels provided for the length of my stay. Having additional towels available without needing to request them would have made the experience even more convenient. Other than that, everything else was excellent.
