From Augusta,Ga had a stay for one night and enjoyed the property
Had to move rooms, the first night was terrible, the fridge didn’t work, the ac/heat was extremely loud (it squealed excessively) and one of the hinges on the door to get in the room was broken so it was nearly impossible to open the door without ramming it…once we moved to different room it was better
The shower had pink mold that was obvious. The shower couldn't have been cleaned in awhile. Had to use bleach wipes to clean. Asked to have room cleaned while out. We're gone for over 6 hours not done. No clean towels or anything. Next day finally cleaned no coffee. This hotel was definitely not up to Hampton standards. I would never stay there again.
I stayed at the Hampton Inn for about 2 weeks for work and had a great stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was really quiet which was appreciated. Breakfast is standard hotel buffet with do it yourself waffles, cereal, toast, and occasional kitchen made oatmeal. Hot breakfast foods rotated between sausage, turkey, scrambled eggs, potatoes and small omelets. Overall it’s some of the better hotel breakfast I’ve had. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and quiet stay
There were hairs in the bathroom when I arrived and could tell the room was cleaned very fast…the mirrors were all smeared. My fridge was broken which they did replace for me.
Nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The coffee was excellent. Highly recommend

Over half of the outlets didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, crumbs left from previous guests, shower was slimy. The breakfast was ok. Staff was nice and welcoming
New, clean facility. Will book again when we come back
I went through alot to get my reservation corrected and when arriving there was confusion in check in and at check out and now i have to wait for a refund of my double charge.
