"Nice hotel with very bad behavior"

Principally nice hotel, unfortunatelly absolutely not customer friendly.

Personnel told me they cannot hand out the invoice for my aästay amd will send it later via booking.com However nothing happened and the also did not react on messages on booking.com Very customer unfriendly amd you get the impression you get ripüed off.

The room was very spacious and had a Jacuzzi in our bedroom. The breakfast buffet had many options and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We used the dry fruits kept in our room thinking that it is free but they charged 800 rupees for small jars. Which is very expensive.
