B&B HOTEL Mulhouse Dornach

I have not had such bad experiences so far in any Accor hotel. Staff unpleasant and not friendly to the customer. The self-service system does not provide for different options. This forces the client to use the help of the staff, which is an unpleasant experience. Because the staff had to print a confirmation of my stay for the punishment I got a room in the worst place, on the top floor (which was in this case embarrassing for me) and dirty. Breakfast avirulent, water for tea undercooked, sour coffee.

We arrived late at night after an evening flight. No issues with finding the hotel, just needed somewhere close to Basel airport so it was a short drive from the airport. No issues with the hotel, easy to find, clean, typical ibis budget, you know what you’re going to get. Perfect for our short stopover before continuing our journey in the morning. Would stay here again!

A nice surprise, helpful receptionist, clean, easy to find, near large supermarket and restaurants, pet friendly worth paying the small extra over the F1 alternative.Would use this venue again without problem.

We stay at this hotel several times every year. Not only because of its good location for us, but also because it is very reasonably priced, the managers are very friendly and forthcoming, the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and the area is very quiet.

If you're booking Ibis Budget, you know you're getting a budget room and that's exactly what this is. Location is close to the A36 highway. Parking lot is locked at night. Check-in was quick and efficient. You get a code for your room, front door and gate if you need to get out after 9pm. There's no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 floors if necessary. The room itself was basic with a double bed, a bunk bed, a tv, small desk, sink and separate toilet and shower. Shower itself was fantastic, amazing power. You don't need more for a quick nights sleep. Pillow was thin so I had to use multiple. Mattress was on a wooden board instead of slats so barely any support. Breakfast was better than expected with fresh croissants and baguettes, coffee and juice, spreads and yoghurt. Can't shop it yourself for 6 euros.

A lot need to be updated but overall it is clean. You get what you paid for. Not used to a toilet without a toilet seat. Bathroom was a tight squeeze with an overall orange glow. It’s really spartan with no kettle, coffee machine, wardrobe, dresser, chair or table.
