La colazione é molto varia e con prodotti del luogo. Camere pulite

Il servizio piscina inesistente. La mattina alle 9-10 la piscina non era ancora pronta ad accogliere i clienti (no cuscini, robottino in acqua, no scaletta etc) ogni mattina dovevamo chiedere al personale di aiutarci. Se ordinavamo poi si scordavano di venire a sparecchiare. La palestra non é fornita. In generale non abbiamo riscontrato un servizio tipico di hotel a 4 stelle. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato anche il ristorante chiuso.

"I would definitely go back."

The breakfast was great. The mountains and the lake are beautiful. The city center is for a 10 minute walk. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.
