Adequate hotel, service not great. Breakfast really lacking. Nobody was around and key elements were missing. Bed was creaky and not very comfortable. Shower was great.

The comfortable pillow topped beds and their pillows are super soft and plush. Plus, their Continental breakfast is a generous spread and they always have Coffee, Decaf, Hot Tea, Hot Coco.

Front desk staff.

Both elevators went out of service at or before 5pm, day of arrival. No sense of urgency. Still out in the morning. I am a disabled Veteran, who doesn't do stairs very well. Was on third floor.
