Fabulous cottage on the edge of Cartmel, spotlessly clean and really well equipped, kitchen with plenty of plates , glasses, cutlery etc Owner was really helpful and responded to my questions very promptly. We would definitely stay again

Lovely cottage, exceptionally clean, lovely touches like bath robes provided, milk, small cake which went above and beyond, very comfy bed! Amazing location!

Couple of things we were a bit surprised by (potentially because of the lovely things mentioned above) only two teabags & two coffee bags provided for a long weekend, no oil for cooking although description says basics are provided, enough fire wood for one evening so we had to buy a big bag from a local shop, so have taken home 3/4 bag of firewood and we don’t have a fire?! No veg peeler or sharp knife which made Xmas dinner cooking challenging!
