Passing through on our way to Columbus. Willie at the front desk was very welcoming. Room was clean. My 10 and 12 year old loved the breakfast selections. It was not a big deal for us but note that the pool is under renovations

Bathtub faucet handle was loose so next to impossible to turn on and adjust. AC blower fan super loud and found out later they already knew about it.

Hunter and Conner did excellent job on check in. I thought i hadn't paid so i gave them cash. Before i walked away Conner caught my error and returned my cash to me. That was honorable because he and Hunter could have said nothing and split it. I commend these two for honesty, speedy check in, and great service
