"Nightmare ordeal ...."

How to start? First, how come 3 credit cards are declined for confirmation, no idea....but it happened....so I paid 50 % NEFT transaction before coming....I was confirmed for the 4th floor 2 hotel rooms....but when we arrived we were given 2nd floor rooms ...with construction work going on.... anyhow we went ahead but hotel management offered top floor 801&802....we were also told that terrace will be locked and no guest allowed.....802 is bunker room with no balcony or open window but we accepted to spend peaceful long independence day weekend. How wrong were we? For the next 4 nights there was nuisance & shor sharaba from drunk guests till 3 am every night....Calling the helpdesk was futile & no help was provided...... The general manager justified this behaviour by saying guests chutti par hein...hum kya karne aaye at lemon tree hotel walaon ???. The kids area is a work in progress.... The food was average.. YOU RUINED OUR HOLIDAYS.... This is what I can do ...Honest Review.....for all your prospective guests to be told the reality....
