UH Suite The Haendae

The beds were very very hard , there were long hairs all over the floor and seating in the room . The room was advertised to have a jacuzzi tube in the middle of the room overviewing the beach . Instead we got a jail window where we could still see the see the beach but we had to lean over the rocks in the room . The entire room set up was very odd , there was so much noise between 230 and 330 in the morning . Someone kept slamming doors and it sounded like someone was moving stuff around . There was no way to contact the front desk unless it was by email so we had no way to advise someone of the noise for an immediate response...... We will never ever stay here again but Busan is still very beautiful but this particular hotel was not

Exelent place

The place was spacious with two bedrooms but it’s bit outdated and need deep cleaning. Also the walls are super thin can hear all the conversation though the walls.

Pros- upgraded our room for free, good location and convenient. Also nice workers and nice big rooms. Cons- shower didn’t drain and only one elevator

평일이었는데도 사람들이많았다는건 그만큼 좋은곳이라는거겠죠?? 주차도 편하고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다

처음에 도착해서는 너무 만족했지만 문제는 밤이에요 6층에 포커치는가게 바로 옆방을 배정받았는데 새벽3시까지 남여가 게임하는 소리에 소리지르고 환호성과 쿵쿵거리는 소리에 남편과 저는 잠도 잘 못자고 괴로웠어요 간신히 잠이 들었다가도 깜짝놀라서 둘다 깨고 그 이후에는 마감이라고 하셨는데 여전히 작은 소리들이 들리긴 했어요 옆집이 아니라 옆방에서 나듯 엄청 잘들려요 기침소리도 다들리고 벽이 얇은가봐요ㅠㅠ 처음에는 너무 쿵쿵거리는 소리에 당연히 윗층인줄알았는데 나중에 데스크에 몇번 연락한뒤 알게된 사실이 옆가게였어요 데스크에 연락드리니 방을 바꿔주신다는데 아이는 자고있고 아이가 깨게된다면 일이 너무 커져서 그냥 그방에서 쭉 있었어요 이정도 소음이면 그 전에도 컴플레인이 꽤 있었을텐데 그방을 별도의안내도 없이 쭉 판매를 하시는건 너무 아쉬웠어요.. 오너분께서 어느정도인지 한번 주무셔보셔야할거같아요

Everything was good except the sewage smell… It was really bad at the end due to this foul smell I can’t really give 5 ⭐️. Other than that the location is good

It's one of the many hotels by the Haeundae beach. It has an indoor onsen with really hot water output suitable for 2-4 persons to be inside the tub. You can oversee the skies above Haeundae beach and watch TV by the tub. It even had a wooden beach like table for your family meals. Spacious suite really. The only downside is the bathing area in the toilet has no floor curb to prevent water from reaching the wash basin area. This is really weird. No shower curtain too. The TV has 200 channels to keep you occupied during your rest time. There is only one international wall socket. Do check our earlier otherwise you will wait for one lift forever. U can take the stairs if you want too. This hotel seems to be inside a re-purposed commercial building.
