When we checked in, we found a silver fish bug in the tub and we didn’t want to bring them home in our luggage because they are hard to get rid of. (Similar to cockroaches) We were in the room for less then 5 minutes and we checked out and asked for a refund. we we were told we have to wait for the general manager to see if we can get a refund. After four days we got back the damage deposit and still waiting on word for the refund on the fifth day. I waited for other customers to done checking in before I bought up the problem with the room. Had a hard time finding a replacement room for the night and the rooms at most hotels were booked up for hockey tournament. Had to spend 284 for a room for the night plus damage deposit including what I spent at this hotel.
