Anavada Inn & Suites - Prince George

Anavada continues to be my "go to" when traveling through Prince George. I have been there a few times this year. It is quiet, has comfortable beds and reasonably priced. It is near Starbucks and McDonalds for breakfast. I like the location as it is central to many amenities but the parking courtyard is quiet as there is no through traffic and the street on the backside of the motel has very little traffic at night.

When we've gotten a king room there is a small table and arm chair in the room. When I've stayed with 2 doubles there is no chair. Not a big deal as I think the room is just too small to have 2 beds and extra furniture. However I was traveling with an older friend and a chair would've been more practical for her.

Nice restaurant

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The restaurant next door Chacos is excellent. There Starbucks right around the corner, Earls across the street if you’re felling fancy. Is the room a little old, yes. But it’s clean, everything works, bed is comfortable, TV is huge. It works just fine for a fair price. I stay here for work regularly.

The property is older but nice updating and clean. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help. No fault that they can't do anything about the drugs and homeless in the area, but so far it's better than downtown. We will book there again

This is an older property that has had the rooms nicely renovated. The beds were comfortable and the interior light fixtures were nice. It is in a quiet location. My only complaint was the air conditioner cycled on and off somewhat noisily but I still managed to sleep. Overall at the price point I would recommend this hotel.
