There were no sidewalks and no taxis. It was too far from the center. We walked 9.8 km along a mountain dirt road to get to the center. It was a very difficult journey. We took a taxi for 800 euros to get there. After the taxi, the next taxi was not available, so they explained that there were no taxis because it was a remote place. We decided to walk, but there were no sidewalks. We walked 9 km on a very dangerous highway. There was no public transport. In the end, we did not understand why we had gone. The owner of the house spoke only Croatian. There is no public transport. It was very difficult to walk 8-9 km on a dangerous road to get to Plitvice Lakes National Park. I paid 800 euros for the 400 km trip to my hotel. There are no shops, I walked 4 km to the shop and took a risk on the damn road. When I returned, I used the Get Transfer app and paid another 850 euros to get home. And there is no need to look for a taxi or public transport from there. I have no choice but to walk on the highway, risking my health. But there is nothing for pedestrians there. The fact that there is a pedestrian road is dangerous, there are a lot of rocks to climb up the mountain, and my trip was really shitty. I also planned to visit the national park for 2 days, but due to the lack of public transportation, taxis, and walking paths, I was only able to spend 4 hours on the trip.

Close to Plitvice national park, which was the main reason, why we stayed here. Ok for one night stay with family of four.

No restaurant or shop in walking distance. Not so much privacy, if you are looking for it - as you have a lot of people staying in other appartments around.

Beds are very comfortable, it is clean.
